Tri Sherpa currently has 7 coaches providing services to our club athletes. Each coach offers unique incentives for athletes they coach. However, all club athletes have access to the available group workouts held by each coach (see group work outs for location time and type of workout).
Over the years, we have observed individuals serving as "A Coach" with other clubs with actually very little experience. Tri Sherpa ensures our coaches have the highest level of mentor-ship skills for club athletes by having a unique set of requirements for our coaches
Each coach must have:
- A minimum of 5 years experience as a multi-sport athlete with expert knowledge
- Above all things, a commitment to health and wellness
- A high degree of interpersonal skills
- A proven ability to assess athlete's knowledge, skills and abilities
- A successful history of coaching and mentoring other athletes
- A passion to pass on their knowledge of the sport to fellow athletes

Served as Health ad Wellness coordinator and fitness testing evaluator/trainer for the United States Air Force, squadron representative from 1993-1998.

Coach Cole Fugate has been involved with multisport for ten years. He has been a multisport coach for over three years, training athletes at all different levels; beginner, junior elite, and elite. Cole is looking to motivate and help others in their own multisport Journey.

Cole provides the most interesting and effective indoor cycling experience, increasing your cycling power up 20% and speed 2 to 4 mph. His CT coaching features spin scan pedal stroke analysis and adjustable aerodynamic drag factor. He adds an element of fun and personalization to the training experience for each athlete.
