Tri Sherpa Multisport Club

Tri Sherpa Multisport club is a well organized group of athletes training and racing together; networking with each other. We have a growing list of sponsors providing a multitude of services and business affiliates enhancing our daily lives. Within the Club exists a coalition of internal and external coaches serving our club members and running weekly workouts available to all club members. Our club has various programs available to club members such as:

Our Calenedar shows the times, locations and activities.


Monday/Wednesday/Friday: Swim at the Denton Natatorium at 11:15am-12:15pm

Tuesday and Thursday evenings 5:10, 6:20, 7:30pm computrainer sessions each lasting an hour. call or text Archie to coordinate your reservation. (a BUTT kicking indoor riding experience)

Wednesday we join the Local running scene for a social run at the Oak Street Draft House at 7:pm.

Saturdays are our EPIC Brick workouts from the Natatorium, however sometimes we meet at the Beach area at Johnson Branch state park or Isle Dubois at both at lake Ray Roberts

Sunday we do our Long endurance run normally at Green belt 380 State park entrance

Service 2

Affordable coaching option:

We provide weekly training plans which serve as a road map for any athlete and any distance.

Please refer to the Coaching Options and rates tab for details. In most instances we look to do a one-on-one assessment to determine Knowledge, Skills and Abilities to ensure we right size the plan to the athlete. We have coaching plans which utilize training peaks as well as plans that are communicated via email. depending upon the needs and desire of the athlete.

Service 3

Indoor cycle training powered by COMPUTRAINER:

This programs offer a superior opportunity for the triathlete to improve their cycling power, speed and spinning performance by using the industry leader Compu-trainer and associated software to ensure each athlete is training in the proper zones. This combined with outdoor riding is the most effective way to become a powerful cyclist.

Service 4

Swim skill Progressions:

This system of learning is focused around the coach serving as a teacher and an example whereby they can explain techniques, show the technique and provide the necessary feed back. For example: when teaching swimming technique, we will actually get in the water with you and swim side by side as well as provide skill progression lessons to ensure the learning curve is delivered with the most effective learning possible.
